Dear sir,
i transferred the full amount of INR 1500 for Domain name registration and web space to "manashosting " . The transfer was done by net transfer and after giving them repeated details yet it took them a month to track my payment which they received in just 2 days.Even after receiving the money they delayed it and the domain name was reported to me as registered.I was told to register a complain via their site and get complain ticket ...i requested for another domain name but they never replied back .I requested the money to be returned but their is no reply from their side.

I had taken a three year package from Manashosting.com for hosting of my website. It is still one year and every ten or fifteen days they block my website. I have to call their Bangalore phone no. and hold the lines for more than 30 minutes to get connected to their billing department. THen I have to lodge the complaint and for several days the site is not restored. Submitting online tickets are of no use as no action is taken on them.
The frequent blocking of my website and mails is severly affecting my business. Several complaints to the customer care is not yielding any results.

www.Manashosting.com — Not refunding extra paid amount

I bought five domain hosting plan in month of August and due to technical problem I transferred the product amount 3000/- three times for same product.

so according to that they should pay me back 6000 Rs. I raised request to refund the amount on 16 Aug 09, in between i kept calling to their helpline number but they are just saying its in process.

Now almost 25 days got over and they are responding in the same way.

Please look into this matter.

I made the payment for booking of a domain name and web hosting space for 3 years (One Domain Windows package). I made the payment on 11-Feb-2010. Thereafter till date due to several problems related to their service, I'm still unable to use the space and upload my web site.

- The company's does not communicates correct information,
- Makes false commitments.
- Does not repond to phone calls.
- Online chat support seems to be eternally busy.
- Once payment is made very if they respond to queires their language is non-polite (as if you're at their mercy).
- Makes you call several department over STD, and before connecting to relevant department plays long recored messages and then without connecting to any person says the phone is busy and disconnects.
- Response to e-mail or ticket is very slow

It seems that there is virtually no communication between their own departments as they keep asking for the information already provide to them. Hence the reaction time to resolve amy problem is pathetically slow.

I've lost business as my customer has decide not to get two more websites developed from other company, which otherwise would have been given to me.

I've the full detailed conversation (chat transacript) and ticket data as proof of their miserable customer handling method. I feel, I've been CHEATED and want manashosting to be prompty punished for their behaviour.

I lost my domain because of www.Manashosting.com. I paid in advance still they didn't renewed my domain. And yes any body can give 7 days hosting to get the clients as client can't do any thing in seven days. It is not seven day free pizza delivery Mr. Manashosting.com.
