bought vox electric spray and paint machine price 2798/-(2499/- for the product +299 shipping charges) from www.naaptol.com The M.R.P printed on product box was rs. 915/- as against invoice price which was 2798/-(2499/- for the product +299 shipping charges) which is highly unethical and against law.(copy of invoice and M.R.P attached with complaint). order no was 3793352. The product too was defective and due to its malfunction my left eye injured badly and I am still operating it. This company is fraud and shop at your own risk. buyers can personally email me for the video evidence ( cctv footage of how the product malfunctioned and ruined my eyes) and MRP on box and price on invoice at [protected]@gmail.com. alternatively you can see it and other thousands of negative reviews on youtube. and surely i will post daily one negative post till the company personally collects and refunds the product and feel sorry for my injured eye Was this information helpful? | |||

@arun. thanx alot dud for ur this review...as i was going to buy this product and happen to see ur review and i hav changed my mind and not going to but this product now...very thankful to u...and at same time m feeling sorry for u for been cheated by this company...this companies sud b sealed nd thr license sud b banned permanently for cheating thr customers...
Most of these unbranded products sold over the web are pathetic and are obviously sold to gullible customers with 200 - 300% margin. These chinese products are unreliable and invariably end up as junk and at times comes with an incentive of creating physical damage to the user.
thanks for the complaints review, i was going to buy the product but also i saw naaptol prices at 3999+ shipping rs 399 but other sites are offering at (2499/- for the product +299 shipping charges) these companies are cheating the customers, this company naaptol is not giving best prices and misguiding people, msg from [protected]@gmail.com,

Naaptol Roti maker not satisfactory product
I received order 23663608 on 17th july 2016.The roti maker is not at all working as per expectation.
I am totally unsatisfied with product.
Customer care refused to return the product.
This product is waste of money.
Please explain process to return the product.
