I ordered SLIM SUNA BELT from XL SKY SHOP after buying they are providing 1 year replacement gurarantee .The Belt deliverd.I am using the belt two months after the belt spoiled.shop phone number

Even I also ordered a sauna belt and tested it for less than a minute before the executive who came to my residence to deliver the product. On the same day itself when i tried using it, it automatically got switched off after 1 or 1 & 1/2 minutes. The same day itself, I brought this into the notice of XL Sky Shop and they assured to get it replaced. I subsequently logged 4 requests to get it replaced but they didn't and eventually it happened like the executives stopped picking up my phone. What I feel these people are fraud and nevers provide after sales support to the buyers. Rs. 650/= is not a big deal but it is essential to stop these people to fool others. Please help.

I have purchased a Sauna sliming belt from XL SKY SHOP on delivery they have commited a one year replacement gurrantee but on the occurence of defect when I ave called there telephone no.printed on the bill its always switched off. Hi
i was buy new sona belt from your shop after some time i get some faulty in this and i have informaed to your Custemore care but still i have no Reply from your, i have 5 time called him and they get my address but now no any Relpecement .Please look into that matter i[censored] cann't do anything plz tell me i will take another action
