[Resolved] Yamaha Fzs — NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE | |
I had bought a bike (Yamaha FZS) on 5thAug 2009 with Chasis No.-ME121C[protected] and Engine No.-21C2017602 from SRI SRINIVASA AUTOMOBILES, D No. 5-4-187/3&4, Soham Mansion, M.G.Road Secunderabad-500003. From the day I bought it I had a problem with its rear wheel break. When I asked about it at the time of delivery, the person who delivered me told that the problem will slowly vanish and I won’t get the problem again once I start using regularly but, the problem still continues. I mentioned this problem again in my bike’s both the 1st as well as 2nd free service at the service center, they told me that my bike has to be sent to the main service station and for that purpose they will call me and inform me but I didn’t get any intimation from them till this date. I had not at all satisfied with the service. I request the concerned person to kindly take the necessary action and rectify my bike’s problem as soon as possible.
