Yebhi / Aramex — Pathetic Service

This is regarding my courier package which was supposed to be delivered through the most PATHETIC courier service - Aramex. I have no words to let out my frustration after my disastrous experience with Aramex. The employees are dumber than ever and not to forget the phone numbers which I have dialled over the period of time who do not respond properly or rather I can say they aren't true to their words. They just LIE ALL the TIME !!!

I had this bad experience with Yebhi.com and after the traumatic situation i went through, the money was refunded in my yebhi account as a gift voucher. I purchased a small item to just check whether it will reach properly and thought maybe one delivery has suffered, any others in the future won't suffer. And then after 2-3 days i ordered few things and paid through the gift voucher. After literally calling 100 times in a day to yebhi and Aramex, I got my later order. When I asked them about the order I made before this order, the delivery guy had no clue. Customer care 'RUDE' executive told me I am receiving both the items on the same day which makes sense. I don't understand what do you do with somebody else's courier. You are asked to deliver it to a particular place and you do it. I mean it's your job. But they don't. Probably, they frame it and keep gazing at it in their office. When i called so many times, i got my first courier, so if I hadn't called I wouldn't have received my courier at all !!!!! I was shocked at all this. I spent close to 100rs calling people not to mention the efffort was so unfruitful.

Now after 2 days of assurance that the second item will get delivered, it's still not with me. I had opted for CoD that's why I am so paitent till now. I mean, what in the name of God you do with somebody else's courier. Dont they understand that they need to get going and deliver and finish it off........why make the customer call for it again and again as if my life depended on it !!!!!!

Utterly useless people at Aramex. Nothing works. To yebhi people, I am sorry I am really disappointed that inspite of going through a horrible experience with aramex, you again sent my courier through them. And look at the shamelessness from Aramex's side, inspite of knowing that I had a bitter expereince with them, they didn't feel taking some caution this time. They are the same. I wonder how they deliver products across so many countries. And their website, is USELESS!!!! you just get to see the shipment going in and out for delivery but it never reaches you, MIND YOU!!!! still a secret I am yet to crack. On Yebhi,com's side, they failed to follow up with the Aramex people. Emailing doesn't work for lazy people like aramex. over the email even I can say 'Sorry' and end the matter or say i am working on it. I really don't seem to understand this term 'I AM WORKING ON IT'.........you don't really have to work on it but move and deliver the said parcel to me.

I am totally frustrated. I am convinced after going through this hell for the 3rd time in a line with yebhi/aramex courier delivery that the history is going to repeat.

BOTTOM LINE: I am never going to shop on yebhi.com and aramex......I haven't even heard this name before.

To Yebhi.com: I am very upset, angry, frustrated and raged. I know you cannot understand my situation. You cannot understand what happens when you keep calling the customer service every 2 hours at aramex and then they give you some vague reasons. you don't understand how it is to wait for the delivery guy from 5pm till 7.30 pm and that too when he says he will come before 5pm. You cannot understand how embarassing it is, when you have to surprise gift someone and the courier never comes and the day is already gone when the person was to get surprised. You and your services are not reliable at all.

Jeez, thanks !! It has been taken care of and I am not shopping with Yebhi.com ever again so that I don't have to go through this ever again !!!

By the way, the earring which I received is in slightly damaged condition. This shows how much care Yebhi people take while shipping the products but I am in no mood to send it back and keep calling yebhi/aramex to ship it back to me. So, my loss 380rs + mental trauma.
