i had ordered shoes from yebhi.com on 15th january 2012 with order no.-YBH1017156 which was delivered to me by ARAMEX with Airway bill number: [protected] .but i found the shoes to be of poor quality so i called them for reverse pick up but they could'nt arrange for one so they said to send it to them.I send it to them by DTDC with consignment no.-D08016345 on 2nd feb 2012 which reached them on 6th feb 2012 .i got a call from them for conformation of receipt of returned product and said that i will be attended witin 24 hr which i was not...so i called them ,they gave the excuse that your request is on process & that i will called back within 24 hrs but i was'nt...after that i had called them many times but they give me the same exuse that they will call back within 24 hr which they never do....my complaint no with yebhi.com is-cc[protected] Was this information helpful? |
1. Order # YBH727060- In this I placed order for two betsheets on October 26,2011. What they deliver was a bedsheet and one pair of shoes which i returned back on Nov 5th, 2011 via bluedart. with AWB # [protected].
2. Order # YBH707862 -In this I placed order for 4 puma T-shirt, all Medium size. Our of which one was delivered as Small size which i returned back on Nov, 5th 2011. via Bluedart AWB # [protected]
Both the shipment were delivered on Nov 7, 2011 and from that day to till date I have called them atlease 15 times. All they have done is that raising below complaint :-

And tell me sorry every time i call them. I dont know arent they ashamed of themselves. I have mailed them atleast 10 times but the reply is same either sorry or they need 24 more hours. This is the biggest lame excuse i have ever heard. I have talked to the below guys:-
