I have returned the item 9905BR from order YBH719434 along with invoice. But yebh.com is processing the refund for item in YBH800268 as it was purchased at lower price. I returned the item as it had a mark on the face. I want refund for order TBH719434 as that was the item I returned and i need it asap. I got 4/5 emails saying they are looking into it. But how much time does oen need to corrcet a return when already its there in the system? Its real sloppy customer service. I have really not boiught expensive items since with cheaper clothes/accessories only their service is sloppy. Then what can one expect with electrical/electronc items.
