Yebhi.com — non fulfillment of delivery commitment | |
Sir, I wanted to purchase a mobile phone very urgently for my mother, Since I didn't have time to go to the store, I ordered one Karbonn Mobile Phones 4plus Titan White, from Yebhi.com on 22nd Jan 2013. The website stated that the product will be shipped in 2-4 days (snap shot of website atttached). Four days went by and I did not get any delivery and I called the Vendor on their customer care no. On talking to them I came to know that since they don't have the product in stock (which still shows IN STOCK on their website) the delivery will be delayed for another week. Again when I called the customer care center on 31.01.13. I was told that the product will take another 2-4 days (same schedule given on the date of order) to get dispatched. It was so frustrating to get the same reply every time I called them. I would like to point out that it was not just about the money I spent, my purpose was about my need to get the handset early to save time, which obviously got defeated due to the pathetic service by YEBHI.COM It was a clearly case of non fulfillment of delivery commitment.
