[Resolved] Yebhi.com — Not refunding my unsuccessful payment | |||
I was charged Rs.509 two times for the order YBH1908787. First time I made the order on 18th June 2012 using my net banking. Even though Rs508.95 was debited from my account,the payment was shown as unsuccessful in the order page. I am attaching the document to support the above mentioned fact. I contacted your customer support guy and he told me to wait for two days. I waited for those two days when I called on 20th June 2012, some other person told that, you can pay for the item again and your excess money will be refunded. So I again made the payment using my credit card on 20th June 2012. This time the payment was successful and the product was dispatched. I contacted yebhi customer support atleast 20 times via mail and atleast 5 times via phone number provided in the site. Every time I get a response that my issue will be resolved in 24hours, 48hours ans so on. Till date they haven't called me. On 21st June 2012 I got a mail from yebhi that 'My first payment was declared successful by the respective bank'. But till date they haven't refunded the excess amount that I payed. I am attaching my credit card statement and bank account statement, just for your reference and for confirming the fact that the amount was deducted twice. Was this information helpful? | |||
