I ordered PUMA shoes from Yebhi.com on 22nd sep 2011, my order no. was 602494. As per website they claim that product will be delivered within 2 working days. today is 30th sep 2011 and i haven't received my product so far. i had been calling customer care from last 3 days and each time i get same commitment that it would be delivered next day. On the day of delivery their was a mail which i sent stating that i need delivery within 2 days.
Need to take serious action and deliver it today itself or else i have to cancel order and need refund with compensation.

I ordered a Playback casual shoe YCPQ3607079 at YEBHI.COM on 21 August, 2014 which i made payment at CCAVENUE.COM as shipping address to my location i.e., Dimapur-797112 is not possible. However i have not been informed when will my purchased item be delivered? Please do kindly notify me on the matter.

Cancellation order created but never received a response

I would like to cancel my order. Order number YBH5306386. Product Code: NR-106326-G. I created 2 return orders which were cancelled for no reason. CRO270410. I would like the money to be refunded ASAP!
