[Resolved]  Yo Bike — POOR BATTER QUALITY

Dear Sir,

I purchased Yo bike batter at a cost of Rs.8000 from Nagpur dealer and within 3 months it started giving trouble and giving mileage of only 15 Kms.Dealer has tried to recharge it but of no use and again it started giving trouble.Dealer just tried to prolong the problem and now he is saying that battery has to be changed.

I would like to draw attention of the company how they are providing substandard batteries?

Normally a new battery shold start giving complain after how many days?

What gurrenty company is giving for new batteries?

What can now be done of this battery?

I need urgent response from the company failing which I will go directly to the MD of the company.
