I wanted to inquire if i can take any action against a consumer offense that happened to me today which is as follows:
We were at a Reputed restaurant which served both Veg and Non veg Dishes. Being a pure vegetarian i ordered a VEG dish, but was served with its counterpart NON-VEG dish. I noticed it very lately. we later had an argument but they showed no remorse.
I wish to take some action so that they would be cautious in future.
Looking for your suggestion soon.
