Zen Estilo — service problem

I got my car UP32BZ4951 serviced vide cash memo no-[protected] dated 07/12/08 from TS Motors 10, Nawal Kishor Road, Behind Leela Cinema, Hazratganj, Lucknow. The front let door latch motor is not functioning. service maganger of TS motors argued very roughly and told me to go to other dealers to get motor replace as it was not available with them. the warranty of motor expires on 30/10/08. Service manager argued that BOR has been sent to maruti gurgaon and if motor is received after warranty it will be chargeable. I asked him that since i have registered my complaint today hence replacement is under warranty. the irresponsible behavior of service manager will hurt the reputation maruti. a stern action is needed against such a irresponsible service manager.
