Zen Estilo — FRAGILITY

I own a Zen Estillo ( purchase date 8/4/2009. I went for a repair at Karlo automobiles Gaya on 13/1/2010. After the repairing work done the agency took entire repair cost from me ( which they were not suppose to take when i had a cashless policy) claiming that i will get this amount back from the insurance company as a normal case. This all happened when my car was insured by maruti insurance in collabration with The New India Insurance.They get the claim form filled from me and the claim was filled. After 4 months, upon enquiry with The New India Insurance company i came to know that i am not suppose to get the payment "if any" as i am not their direct customer and this collebration is between Maruti and The New India Insurance company.
I complained about the same at the concerning Maruti dealer at Gaya, thrice at Kolkata office of Maruti ( Mr. Sharma @mob- [protected]) and the companies local employ ( Amardeep [protected]). Also i lodged a complain with Maruti customercare but nothing happened. I do have a proof of my conversation with the companies different employees.
At last i feel to contact the company directly. This is my third Maruti car and such incidences with a loyal customer like me will certainly hamper the image of the brand.
I waiting for a positive reply and action as per the companies rules against the above mentioned company related people/dealer. Also i want my spended money back at the earliest.
