[Resolved]  Zen Mobile / Mobile — NOT RECEIVING MY MOBILE AFTER REPAIRING

I purchase a handset of Zen mobile company model Z77 from Maa Jagdamba Telecom, Old D.C.Road, Near Bhagat Hospital, Sonepat(Haryana) on dated 27.02.2010. In month of June-2010 my mobile given a problem i.e. automatic on/off. 18,June-2010 I give my hand set to Zen Mobile AGENCY M/s Vanshika Telecom, Sonepat (Haryana).Mobile no. of Vanshika Telecom is [protected] & [protected]. But he is given me receipt of my mobile on 06.07.2010. in this period I make my calls to Vanshika telecom. He says my mobile is not repair. After that I make a call at Zen Mobile customer Care no.[protected]. Customer care executives told to me all of the handsets are despatched which is come for repairing at there.

From 9,july-2010 to till date I makes many calls at Zen Mobile Customer Care & his agency Vanshika telecom I have not received my mobile model Z77.

i am vizag worest customer care in care so y dont u stop ur production in vizag. Zen mobile company mode cg555, i bought it last 3 months back i had a problem with that so that i gave it 2 customer care in vizag
i gave it last 1month back, what would i do, r company would provide a stand by mobile phone for customer
in all ways u r in failure so dont u stop ur production?
Dear Sir

I have purchased ZEN M-45 from the_______ on 13/08/2011, in which a camera of 3.2 MP is attached as claimed by your company and advertisements, but the quality of the photographs taken by the camera are even worst as compared to the photographs taken by any 1.3 MP mobile camera.
My job requires frequent use of camera, and I have purchased this mobile mainly because of this function, but I doubt weather the camera in this model as claimed by the company either doesn't have 3.2 MP camera or the quality is very low.
I have made repeated complains at the dealership on which they have asked me to change the settings, but I have taken the photographs on every permutation possible with each settings.
I am highly unsatisfied with the product and the service provided by the dealer (), because my motive to purchase this mobile has not been fulfilled.

Kindly taken necessary actions to resolve my issue or else I have to take help of Legal Cell.
