[Resolved]  ZNet India — Web hosting doesn't work fine, most of the time website is down , no response from the provider

Dear All,
I have purchased the ZNet India's reseller hosting plan.
At the time of puchasing the Executive from Znet India Mr. Krishan (Mob: ) followed up quite nicely.
so it was a very smooth process.
Then I gave web hosting space to my clients and they were using that. ZNet changed their servers, and I was not informed,
so i was not able to inform my clients. I talked to the support so support said we dropped you severel mails, however i didn;t get
a single mail regarding that. I tried call Mr. Krishan for the same, he never picked up my call.
Fine anyways after a long and frustrating follow up finally i got ip for new servers and i did the changes to my clients webspace.
After all this the real issues started, the ZNet servers were down for most of the time, and my own website and my clients website,
which are hosted on ZNet servers stopped functioning. when I tried to chat with online support they used to respond after minimum 20-25
minutes, so it was useless. I called up the support asking for the resolution so they used to tell me that it will take 24 hrs.
i asked them that you gaurantee 99% uptime, so the support guy said Znet doesn't gaurantee any uptime. I tried to call Mr. Krishan
he told me that issue will be resolved and it will never happen again. After few days the same thing started happening, so tried to call
znet support, now this time ZNet support was too much rude and pathetic, they didn't bother to hang up my call.
I tried to call and email to Mr. Krishan, however he didn't picked up any call as well didn't respond to any email. This is very pathetic.
ZNet doesn't care about their customers. they are very pathetic. They provide the worst to worst services.
Still from last one month most of the time my webiste bitcode.in is down, most of the time it doesn't show up.
i have really wasted my time money and efforts by puchasing ZNet services. This is very much frustrating for me.
I have lost the money, thanks to Mr. Krishan that I came to know about the real business of ZNet.
Guys you can check put my website bitcode.in, and you will observe that most of the time it doesn't work.
Znet is the most hopeless and pathetic web services provider I have ever seen.
