I planned to give gift to my sister and i ordered a digital camera and all went off now because of poor service,please find the detailed explanation below:
I have ordered a camera online with Zoomin and after 3 days they called me and saying that there is no stock which is not acceptable as i brought this camera because zoomin is running with an offer Rs.1000 off and at the same time flipkart is also running an offer but i have gone for zoomin.
Now i asked for a compensation because if i want to buy the product now i need to pay same amount or i asked to give me the link where i can get the product for same price or compensate me with the product price differce.
Zoom in lead offered me a mug which is joke of the year.
I want to take action on this as this has became game for them ,if there is no stock they can mention sold out but charging the money and then 3 days later calling and asking to cancel the order who will pay the interest for thse many days and who will pay the diff between the running offers from other dealers.
And if i dont get justice i will proceed legally and i will post same thing in My company which iam working in and pass to some other companys as iam into HR departement in MNC i know how to get justice.
Dont think custemers are fools,this is competition world and you cant play games by giving offers and saying it no stock after charging money from us. Was this information helpful? |
