An amount Rs.275 have been inadvertently debited into my debit card 622xx8951 for a purchase worth on POS [protected] at www.ccavenue.com /charg txn[SBI- Pondicherry] on 21/11/2012, while paying another order through the same debit card, but i have not ordered anything for the said amount of Rs.275/-. I request you to kindly refund and credit the same amount into my account with intimmation by mail "[protected]@yahoo.com"

Even i am facing the same problem . There is no point of contact in Zoomin . I have raised the request but i guess that is of no use. For me also the amount is deducted but the order is not placed. I have ordered through Zoomin App .
Kindly let me know if you get the solution.
