[Resolved]  Zoomin.com — No access to information

I had ordered for 3 Photograph Prints (ref Order No - ZIN1-BIZIOKVY). I was getting these Prints for putting up at an Exhibition of my Photographs. As per the exhibition rules, I needed to furnish details regarding the Ink & Equipment used to print these Photos. Accordingly I wrote to the Zoomin Helpdesk, requesting this information. But they straightaway rejected my plea. My question is..as a Customer (and a regular customer) why shouldn't I have the right to know such details about the services I'm availing ?
