I had ordered for 3 Photograph Prints (ref Order No - ZIN1-BIZIOKVY). I was getting these Prints for putting up at an Exhibition of my Photographs. As per the exhibition rules, I needed to furnish details regarding the Ink & Equipment used to print these Photos. Accordingly I wrote to the Zoomin Helpdesk, requesting this information. But they straightaway rejected my plea. My question is..as a Customer (and a regular customer) why shouldn't I have the right to know such details about the services I'm availing ? Payment Issue-amount debited but status Payment pending
I really do not understand what is the problem No customer support Placed an order on saturday and done the payment still its showing payment pending. Can you please confirm me what is the problem.
