[Resolved]  Zydus Wellness — Poor Quality of Cap of the face wash

Hello, I bought a neem face wash (50g) from the local mom n pop store. The Cap of the facewash is so tight causing inconvenience to flip open the bottle. Also, because of pressure a lot of face wash pours out resulting in loss! I am surprised as to aren't there any quality checks happening at the factory level.
