Comps Trade Pvt Ltd — failed to refund

Hi varun. My name us mohan. My brother had placed an order and he had successfully done the payment through paytm. But for some reason the order was cancelled. You told that refund was initiated and told me to contact paytm.

Placed order for 2 grey redmi note 4.

When i contacted paytm they told me that they have sent the payment to your registered paytm number. And refund has to be done with the same number and paytm is not responsible.

I have been trying to call you, but you don't receive calls. And after so many days, you failed to return the money.

So i am giving a complaint against you and compstrade and registering under cyber crime. You have left me with no options. First thing is to file fir in your name and compstrade name. Later that fir copy will be sent to paytm, kartro and ecommexpress.

Instructions from cyber crime police will be given to paytm and courier service providers to stop taking orders from compstrade and stop all the payments going towards compstrade.

Later i make sure you will be traced and booked under ipc 420 for cheating money, ipc 468 for forging documents and ipc 471 for fraud.
