I ordered redmi note 4 for 4000 (Incl delivery charge) on 31.01.2018 my order number is [protected] & payment made through paytm number [protected] & continous in call by one more number [protected] and i made a payment through paytm.. You responded till getting money and then after getting money you are not responding at all. You said that i'll get it within 24 hrs but i didn't get it still. When i asked this to courier service (Armex express bangalore) still it is not shipped tracking number given is [protected], they are saying that they didn't get information and payment to receive the mobile.
The website address provided address is also fake, there is no such place in peenya.
Totally they are stealing money from public with fake documents & there also supporting from courier company also.
Losing hope on you. Please send my phone immediately or refund my money immediately...
Pls help in getting back money.
