I ordered xiaomi redmi 3s prime (32gb silver colour) on november 5 2017. Order id: [protected], when i order i received from my mail 'the comments for your order are:
Complete the order by sending 1 transaction of 3210 to our registered paytm number [protected]. The order will be shipped today at 7:30 pm via fedex tracking number[protected]', also i received from sms, the message is'send payment of inr 3, 210 to comps trade pvt ltd registered number [protected] to complete order # [protected]. Buyers protection for 30 days by paytm.' after your guy phone me to complete my payment, he is in bangalore. Now 4 days a go and i received nothing and no status update or information is there i phone him again and he is switchoff till now. Please help me and take action on this kind of your worker. Also please refund my money rs.3210 early.
