Respected Sir/ Madam,
i have bought a LAVA tab EZ-7 of cost Rs 5600 on or about 1st september 2012 From JUNEJA MOBILES situated in GANGA PLAZA(meerut), after 5 or 7 days its touch stops working. i was too tense.
i went to the LAVA service centre BALAJI TELECOM in thapar nagar , meerut. after 2 or 3 hours the staffs of service centre provided me the D.O. letter and told me to consult with my retailer i.e. JUNEJA MOBILES to replace this tab. they told me that the retailer will provide you another tab hand to hand.
as per the instructions i went to the JUNEJA mobile shop on 19th september and i told them about my prob. but the retailer was not agreed. after requesting him he told me to consult after 4 days, i went after 4 days but he again refuses and told me to contact on 30th sept.
again i consulted him on 30th but he again denied. the final dead line was 5th oct. but still my tablet is in his Shop and the retailer is not taking any interest. i contact to the service centre but they told me that now they have completed their responsibilities and now the whole-soul is the retailer. but the retailer is not taking any interest and its a totally harrasing condition for me. please please please help me.
