Concept Hyundai — wrong commitment

Hello!!!

I have make a booking of santro car sportz manual, titan grey from concepy hyundai s. G highway branch on 05th of dec 2019. At the time of booking sales person mr. Jaimin told that the the same colour will be order by him and confirm the delivery by 18th dec 2019.

But now at the end time, he is saying that no stock is available. Only white colour is available.

Now what can we have to do. Is this your company commitments. I want a decision on this.

Now he is saying to wait for more approx. 20 days. And on 18th dec my wife birthday is there. All planning and mood has been chopped up

If there is no stock available how one can take booking. Its clearly cheating to customers.
