Consumer Finance — Fraud and still not refund amount

Dear All, I had applied for Loan on 11th sep 2015 and i got mail and call (Sohim Sharma - Advisor [protected]) from your side on 12th Sept 2015 and advice for payment of esteem paper fees and i paid 3050 Rs. on 17th Sep 2015 (first 1500 Rs on 16th Sep & another 1550 Rs on 17th Sep). when i have call for payment of first Half amount of Loan amount then he suggest for 6500 rs. payment for Getting Subsidy of 70000RS in Loan including Interest amount and this has been also confirm by your Advocate (Ph. [protected] on call). I have arranged this 6500 Rs amount from anywhere by getting debt from Local Friend and transferred in account of DIKSHA RANI (A/c No- [protected] shared by Shohim) on friday 19th Sep 2015 and they have been confirmed for transferring Full Loan amount on that day but till evening 5:00 PM amount did not transfer then i call him and he said that amount will transferred on Monday till 10:00 am and today i again call for confirm for Loan amount then Advisor and Advocate demanding 5000 rs for advance payment. I badly cried and request for Loan Amount because had no money for make payment but they said your Loan amount will release with out payment of 5000 rs and your total paid amount will be refund after my confirmation then i worried about that because of I need this and requested 5000Rs from my BOSS and transferred 5000 RS in account of DIKSHA RANI and confirm to Shohim and he will confirm that my Loan process has been completed and will transfer Full Loan amount with in 15 min. after that i again call him many times but his Mobile phone has been switched off and no any Loan amount has been transferred in my account. I have paid all amount on the account of DIKSHA RANI(A/c No- [protected] shared by Shohim). They had committed for refund amount but still not refund amount. please be aware of this company and its member.
