I have booked agarwal packers and movers (Agarwal home shift packers and movers) for moving my goods from chennai to greater noida. The loading of luggages happened on 7th june 2018. We received the luggages on 10th june 2018 at greater noida in the following conditions
1. Item no. 65 lost
2. Item no. 62 lost
3. Furniture in the luggage like veena, table, table fan were all broken
On contacting the packers and movers mr. Vikram agarwal who is a field officer several times, he asked me to finally contact branch in charge mr. Ram pratap singh who has managed to pay us rs.5000/- as against rs.6000/- which was promised earlier for item no. 65

Now item no. 52 was containing dance items of my daughter along with some shirts of mine and other items were totally lost.

Others items damaged during transit are also detailedly mentioned. The total cost of lost and damaged goods are worth 32, 300/-
The breakup of the amount is
1. Dance jewellery - 3000/-
2. Dance jhungroo - 2000/-
3. Jhulla chain - 700/-
4. Pedestal fan - rs. 800/-
5. Tv trolley broken - 3000/-
6. Foreign currency - 3000/-
7. Veena 2 - broken - repairs - 16000/-
8. Clothes - 2000/-
9. Gear cycle broken - 500/-
10. One touch ultra - 1300/-
Totally its rs.32, 300 + 1000/- for grinder not paid + mental agony on contacting and reminder so many times - rs.10, 000/-
Overall total - 43, 300/-

The proof of conservation is available in bill, whatsapp, mail and phone calls which are also recorded.

Please help us in getting the payment for the damaged and lost goods. Thanks
