I shifted to youthville hostel vile parle west mumbai on 1st march 2020 and paid for one month a sum of rs.25000. My college had postponed the exams on 16th of march 2020. So i came back to my hometown on 17th march morning with all my belongings. Now the exams got cancelled due to covid 19 and i requested the concerned person, mr. Gaurav kanakia to refund my money which is rs.12, 100. He told me that he'll check my details and then i'll get the refund but till date i haven't got my money back. I am texting him from last one month now he doesn't even revert back to the texts. I request you to please assist me in getting back my money.
