I have bought a 6n/7d package of 16000rs and tried booking 2 times through mail and both time it was rejected saying that rooms are not available. I have been calling more than 100 times but the respond from neha is very rude, sales person has left the job, he gave some other sales person number he also has left job. I have been calling alam[protected] since august 2018 and he keep holding me with multiple excuses and now not responding my call.
I was also offered for multiple more offers such as additional coupon for 2n/3d and other vouchers but have received nothing.
3 sales person has left the company and existing represtative are keep delaying me and now my package also expired. Was this information helpful? |
