Continental Equipment Pvt. Ltd., Gurgoan — Non refund of 80000.. Form c fraud

These people at continental equipment are frauds. The owner (Md) mr pawan and his accountant ramesh are lying cheats...
This is how the do it..
They ask for advance on the tax return from form c... (Which in my case was 86, 000)...
Then they say they will refund it...
Once to courier the form c they will never refund... I called them every month for the past 2 yrs.. All they say is they will do it after some time at they don't have funds...
I even took an appointment with the owner pawan.. He tried to avoid me saying he was in a meeting.. I was in his factory and he was trying to hide... When he finally meet he said he'll transfer the amount in my account... Never happened.. It's been over 2 yrs now... Don't trust these thrives with your money... Sly guys
