Convergys India — Issue with of withdrawal | |
Hello all, My company name is Convergys india service Pvt Ltd. I had a of account with them and still working with them. The salary account which was updated before..I no longer use. I added a new bank account and kyc was updated for that. I then filed claim for advance of withdrawal and entered the new account and verified then added the other details. My claim was settled and recived message stating the same. I downloaded the claim form and that also have me the account in which the money was supposed to be credited. That was the same exact bank account which I added and wanted the money to come to. After so many days I didn't recieve the money so filed grievance They replied stating the bank account mismatch. Everything is correct the bank account IFSC, my name dad name my date of birth...I don't know what to say now. Tried contacting all number which I could get but no help anywhere.
