Convergys India — pf claim settlement

Hi,

I have worked with convergys india from july 2011 to december 2016 and i have applied for my pf in september 2017. As per the time quoted by convergys india, i have waited for 3-6 months to get my claim settled.

In march, 2018, i contacted the hr team pune regarding the status of my claim. They informed me that the claim is forwarded to gurgaon pf office and it will be settled in sometime. Again, i waited for a month's time and contacted them as i did not see any information online regarding the claim status on epfo website.

I am in continuous touch with the hr team pune regarding the pf claim and not received any satisfactory answer other than to contact the pf office directly.

After giving almost 6 years to convergys as an employee, i really feel that this behaviour by my ex-employer is not acceptable and i have left no choice other than initiate a complaint, as i have already contacted them numerous times. I have medical emergencies and need the pf claim amount very urgently.

Dear convergys, could you please let me know the status of my pf claim as i do not see any details on epfo website other that "no claim (S) found for this member id : gnggn[protected]" since last 6 months. I will be really thankful to you if someone could contact me to discuss this issue or help me to get my pf claim amount as i need it urgently. Thanking you in advance. Thank you for the quick reply...I have already registered my grievance with EPFO directly on 12/05/2018 with the registration number: HRGGN/E/2018/11292 and I have received the below mentioned reply.

Details of Final Reply : Sir, it is to inform you that your claim is not found in system, if you have submitted then disclose the receiving of pf office with attachment of grievance. This is kind for your information.

Hence, I request you to please provide me the proof of submission at PF Office so that I can take this issue further.

I have received the acknowledgement on my email address and I see that the PF number reflecting on it is incorrect. It shows my PF code as ''85205'', however, the correct PF code is ''82505''. (gnggn[protected]. Please clarify and rectify this as it is almost 9 months since I have submitted the PF withdrawal request.

Hi please note that we have already submitted your application with EPFO and all claims are approved and settled by EPFO directly. you can refer your mail regarding the acknowledgement. for more clarification you can approach www.epfigms.gov.in directly and they will share the complete information.

Hi PF department process the claim basis the UAN/PF number mentioned on the form and in acknowledgement PF number is wrongly mentioned due to typo error only which never impact. PF Department always enter the details from PF form and they dont refer the cover letter while punching the information in system.
I vineet vyas left the company on 14/11/2016 as process ramp down. I am waiting for my relieving letter and Full and Final from last 2 years. Please help me to get this done.

This company is horrible I regret joining and wasting my valuable time in this ### company
I worked with EXL Services for a brief duration and I didn't get my Relieving Letter or PF Number which was to be sent to me via Email. I was asked to leave as I had health issues and had to stay at home. My Employee ID was 004730 and I joined on September 22 2003. I have tried to register on their online portal but it won't let me do that as I do not have a relieving date and the system won't accept my query unless I enter it. I am attaching the Salary Break-down from the Appointment Letter for their reference.
