Convergys India — pf no provided by convergys employer does not belong to any member as per epfo

I worked with convergys in the year[protected] and UAN didnot exist at that time. I asked for the pf no from them and then the pf no provided by them says does not belong to any member on the EPFO site and now I want to transferr that PF into ny current UAN. I cannot claim my P[censored]ntil my PF NUMBER is not right. How, can I get to know the correct PF No. i want to claim my PF amount as it has been 10 years now that i have not claimed my PF. I request to you help me in getting the correct PF ACCOUNT NO.
