Convergys India — Relieving letter issues | |||||
My name is vinayak. I am ex employee of convergys thane and worked for almost 3 years feb 2015- jan 2018. Worked for optus process and to be honest, the management was bad. If there was a business reason to lay off employees, they would put unnecessary blames to demote and enforcing employee to leave. I had left the organisation for this reason and now struggling to get my releiving. I got a gap in my resume which is affecting my career. I had contacted hr multiple times but got no proper response about my relieving. Was this information helpful? | |||||
