Convergys India — Requesting for Experience letter

Hi, Request for my Experience Letter for the work duration 28th Aug '2006 to 30th Oct'2010. I am not able to contact HR over the phone or e-mail, none of the options are available since Concentrix has taken over Convergys.

Please assist me at the earliest convenience as i am in need as a proof experience for my visa processing.
