Convergys — unrofessionak behaviour of the company

Dear Sir/Madam I am really sorry to say but it is shocking to see that such a big company show up with such a behaviour which is not acceptable at all. I, applied for CA Industrial training in your company and also got the call from the company that I got selected for that post. Like everyone I was happy and very pleased to know that. But later on the same day in the eve I got to know that still the approval from the HR department is pending which means that my appointment was still on hold. The next day I got to know that the approval is still on hold because of non availability of cab at my location. If the procedure for the final appointment was still pending at your side you should not give false information to the applicant. It does not look good coming from such a big company. . I had also informed by principle about it and now what reputation will I hold in my current office. In future Firstly complete your internal procedures and then inform the applicant. And I want a strict to be taken on it. Thanking you
