Cool Cab — cancellation of service last minute
Every time I all 44224422 for a cool cab service - they say that they are sorry and that no cabs are available. (This is ok as there may be no cabs available at the time of booking) This time I booked a cool cab 24 hrs prior to my pick up, which was fixed for 0820 am from Bandra to take the Director of our company for a meeting to worli. I receive a call at 0816 am saying that there are no cabs available and that the pick up is cancelled. I personally think that if Cool Cab have no cabs to cater to the need for their customers then they should not vouche that their service is good. This has created great inconvenience to our Director to get a cab at the last minute to travel to worli. Please let me know how we can get these cool cab service to be prompt in their servce.
