Here i'm complaining about my coolpad cooplay 6 mobile, i bought it end of the october 2017, after 3 months, the display had broken, suddenly i take it to service center, they told, you can't claim the warranty, we can change the display. Then they changed the display it works for 6 to 7 days after that the touch is not working on the full screen, i asked them about the issue, simply they said i can't nothing to do with it. Is it the responsibility for tha customer in your side? Then how we suggest others to buy this product? Was this information helpful? |
