I would like to have your kind attention on the issue that i am facing with the service support of your brand coolpad.
Please note that my phone coolpad note - 5 had an issue with its display recently. I have given my phone to the near by coolpad service center on 23-august-2018
At adr technologies - 40/8092 1st floor, dd junction buildings,, kochi, kerala 682035, india
As my phone is under warranty they agreed to change the display in 2 weeks.
I approached them after 2 weeks but the response to me was really poor.
They asked me more time and showed me the new display that they received as a replacement.
I can clearly see that the old display was removed and replaced by a new one. The quality of the new display was so poor and the new display was not working at all on my phone.
Now it has been almost 1 month and there is no response from their side.
This is not the kind of support and service we the customers are expecting from a reputed company like coolpad.
Kindly please have a look on this matter and i hope you will take necessary action against it.
Please find the attached bill and the job sheet details.
