Coolpad India — Coolpad cool 6

I purchased a new Coolpad 6 mobile phone through amazon. I ordered it on 18th oct 2020 and got it delivered on 20th oct 2020.
On 9th nov 2020, it completely stopped working and was not getting started. So I went to the Coolpad mobile Service center named Tech Mobile services located at Ghatkopar, Mumbai on 11th nov 2020 and submitted my phone. I'm sure it was a manufacturing defect and needed to be claimed under warranty. i was in anticipation of getting mobile to come back to me in stipulated time.

Initially I was told that it will get fixed within 10 days, I accepted this long waiting time and kept my calm for 10 days. After 12 day I didn't get any response from the Tech mobile person, I called them to check the status. To my surprise they didn't even start a 1% of work. Reason given to me about the delay was that a part of that mobile which was faulty was not received by the service center. So I was told to wait for another 10 days, I was like a new phone which was supposed to be delivering performance instead of that company people were delaying it. Another 10 days passed, and there was no reply from the service center. I called them to check the status of it, but it was the same and they were on the same page with the same statement that they didn't receive that part. I couldn't control my anger now, because there was no option but to go to the service center and check personally what was actually happening. Forcely I had to tell them to just replace my mobile in another 24 hrs, If things are not managed on time from now.

How can we rely on other products on Coolpad?.

Now after some days they received the part, they fixed it and another problem occured in phone. So they had to ask for one more part of the mobile. Again after so many attempts like above, they finally received the part by today afternoon. After fixing that part, still there was no power on for the mobile. Mobile was still dead. It seems like they were unable to diagnose the fault. Their faces were like now what to do and how to fix this problem. Just clueless.

I'm failing to understand that in today's world without a mobile phone how can a person survive, I'm not talking about the fun part, but on a serious note there is so much work that we and the entire world do on this smartphone.

Now I have lost my patience and after a few days I think I am completely bursting with anger at the Service center. I have already kept a lot of hope and kept myself calm in such situations.
Coolpad is at fault, Because already the attempts of fixing the phone are done by the service centre and there is no positive sign being given by them. So I'm Kindly requesting for a replacement of the same model because I think I'm entitled for the same. Otherwise I want a complete refund. Failing to do either, would force me to take legal action against Coolpad Company as per consumer protection act

It is one month passed still there is no resolution and now I'm tired of calling service center of coolpad.

I'm genuinely hoping for a response from Coolpad with 48 hrs for the above mentioned incident. I'm attaching herewith a purchase invoice for the ready reference.
However the entire excitement of the new phone is short lived because of the above mentioned incident.

I hope the journey started with a coolpad ends with a good note. And also you value your customers.
