Coolpad India — Coolpad note 3 lite/ Service issue

I have purchased mobile coolpad note 3 lite from amazon, order i.d.[protected], Invoice No. KA-BLR[protected]
It's touch not working properly, I have registered complaint on 12 dec. 2016, after many follow up regarding solve our complaint, company is not responding properly. Neither they solve problem nor providing exact date to solve our complaint.

I have bought a mobile of Coolpad note 3 lite and it's glass is cracked a little so I wanna exchange it and it is in guarantee period so it will be changed ??
