Dear M/s Coolpad Customer care center,
I have bought Coolpad Dazen 1 4G (Invoice No.S97722/15-16/33943, IMEI no.[protected], which has gone Dead on dtd 14.06 2016 within warranty period.
I have submitted my phone to the authorised service center dtd 14.06.2016 (M/s Sachi Computers, Challan no.1527), they have promised that the repair will be done within two weeks’ time.
I have inquired for phone repair several times to the customercare and service center both, but till date my has not been repaired nor handed over to me.
It has been a long time, I have waited to get this issue resolved, this is my last attempt for an appropriate solution. If I don’t get a proper solution, I will knocked the door of consumer court.
