Coolpad India — Manufacturing defect in note 5 (Coolpad)

I have bought Coolpad Note 5 handset (IMEI # [protected]) from amazon in March 2017. Right from the beginning I have been facing problems with voice breakdown and network (GSM) issues with the handset.

Apparently I have given the handset to authorized service center and got to know that this is manufacturing defect, to which I have contacted customer care number of Coolpad India and it was worst experience of customer care with arrogant way of talking and no solution. I have requested for the replacement but the customer care people clearly told that it's not possible.

I would request you to take this matter with coolpad india co. and instruct them to replace my handset.

I shall be waiting for your kind cooperation.
