Coolpad India — Not satisfy this service

I purchase coolpad lyt 4g phone on 26 July 2016. There is no problem after 6 month but before 6 month there is not work properly. There are 2 problem such as ear phone Jack and to show the line on display. I had submitted my coolpad lyt to your service center (touch service center rohini Delhi) for servicing of my mobile on the date of 9 January 2017 in your service centre. They gave me expected returning 1 Feb 2017 but they not return my mobile phone. When I was try to call they no response me. Please take a legal action for service centre.
