Coolpad Mega 2.5d — Coolpad Mega 2.5D I'm complaining about this phone which i bought in amazon

The phone (Coolpad Mega 2.5D) which i have got from amazon, this phone touch is not at all working.
On 4th october 2016 i have ordered and on 9th october 2016 i have got my phone. And taking the phone i have paid the amount and i have checked my phone and i have recognized that my touch pad is not working immediately i have called the delivery person and he said that the payment is completed and he asked me to return the product. Please replace the Product as soon as possible.
