I placed order of eyeglasses with Coolwinks on 12th May and received the same on 15 May, after placing the order Coolwinks customer executive called me, i clearly ask her, 'Is my order eligible for 100% Cashback offer' she replied 'Yes sir, as per terms and conditions, you are eligible. Cashback will be processed 14 days post delivery'. Now they are denying cashback saying You have selected Zero price frame, and this is clubbing of offer. Cashback cannot be processed. and now after 14 days they are not accept return request so

now customer care number always that the number is busy. that mean they are doing fraud with people.
