I order two glasses on april.

Order id - cw[protected]

Please note, within 1 month the product - e12a5859 suddenly broke without any pressure or any accidental damage.

Therefore, i want replacement of it

I got a call from the team that they will not be able to provide replacement. I asked for call form senior, and they said i will get a call. But, its been 2 days i didnt receive any call no response of email too
