I ordered a frame from coolwinks app from my account, for the amount 2359 on 7th May.
After placing the order I confirmed from their helpline service that I am eligible for 100% cashback (i.e Rs 2000) and also recorded it on my phone..
I got it delivered on 11th may, and then again I confirmed from their helpline service that after 14 days i.e on 25th may Rs.2000 will be initiated into my account..
From 25th may I am calling their helpline service daily and up to 3rd June, I am getting the response that, due to some technical issues my refund will be initiated in 2-3 days positively..
But on 4 june, I was told that I am not eligible for the refund due to internal offer...
For that I told her that I confirmed for the same on the same day when the order was delivered, that internal offers are not counted for this offer(100% cashback), and I recorded it too on my phone.
But now they are not even accepting my call (I called them continuously 12 times, and all got disconnected after 6 minutes)..
