Cord Life — Pathetic after sales service

I took a Cordlife plan of 65k and in the plan there was a offer of Rs 25k gift voucher of baby oye. It was promised that I will get the voucher within 10 days after my payment is received by Cordlife. My payment was debited from my account on 26th September When I did not receive the voucher from Cordlife I tried calling the executive (Ms Shivani) who had sold me this plan she did not answer my call several times. She answer the call when I called from different number. On talking to her she said that she will get back to me with details in a weeks time. When even after a week I did not receive a call from her I called the customer care and they told me that I was not entitled to get the voucher which I was promised. After several attempts of calling Ms Shivani answered my call and said the everything was sorted out and I will get a call from baby oye but I never got a call from them. After that I took her senior's number and called him up to get things cleared ( Mr Debashish) and he in turn gave me a lady's no who was was responsible for the voucher thing. Every time she is giving me different dates and my kid is now more then 3 months old still I have not got any voucher from baby oye. I tried calling Mr Bebashish and that lady but both are not answering my calls now.
What a pathetic service is this from a so called international company.
