Core Enterprise — Demanding money even though job was declined before joining the work

My daughter M. Subhakari, telangana was lured to enter to into an agreement on 30/09/2020 by core enterprise Gujarat offering a next to impossible job that is typing 10000 captchas in 10 days with 90% accuracy.
The address mentioned by the firm in the agreement is not correct since there is no district:Sarkhadi in Gujarat. The PIN is not there in the agreement.
It's not understandable how an agreement can entered into without signing electronically.
After looking into the above my daughter declined within hours to work before taking up the job.On the next day the firm demanded Rs.13800/- as penalty. I requested for postal address as I would like to send a demand draft.But the firm refused to it and it threatened me for legal action against my daughter.
On 20.10.2020 I received a call from a person who had introduced himself as SatyaRam sharma lawyer from Aurangabad district sessions court. He also threatened me with legal proceedings. After that I received two number of SMS from BR-SMSHLP about the legal proceedings.
